Stuart Gallacher
Bournemouth Rugby Lead U16s coach, Coaching Consultant and Owner.
He is also Community Club Development Manager for Christchurch and Poole Rugby Football Clubs and manage community rugby team coaches and coaching assistants
Stuart, has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Hons) Occupational Therapy and has spent 22 years working within NHS and Social Care rising to senior management level. He has had 8 years of experience working in the field of paediatrics and working with children with special needs and understands physiological, psychological and neurodevelopmental stages in life that children go through and apply it to rugby. He is Level 1 and 2 Rugby Football Union accredited and is Lead Coach. He is also Community Rugby Development Manager for the club and line manage community team apprentices and Bournemouth Rugby Coaching Consultants.
Joe Stachowiak
Former P. E Teacher Joe is now a qualified Level 3 personal trainer and children's sports coach.
His current role is Assistant Community Club Development Manager for Christchurch and Poole Rugby Football Clubs as well as strength and conditioning coach.
A keen footballer and runner, he loves any activities that involve physical challenges and also enjoys coming up with creative ideas to make fitness fun and engaging for others as well.
