Boys School Years 1 through to 11
- Core Skills and Contact development year 4 and above
- Strength and Pre-season Conditioning
- Decision making
- Game play
- Diet/Healthy lifestyle planning
- Understanding and putting into practice age grade regulations of play
Players require gum shield (Year 4 above), football boots, appropriate kit for the weather and packed lunch, drinks and snack for the day
